Stoptober prize draw terms and conditions
- The draw is open eligible SmokeFree Liverpool clients aged 18+.
- Signing up to the service is your entry registration.
- By signing up the service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- To be entered into the prize draw you will need to sign up between the 21st September –
30th October 2026. - You need to stay smoke free for 4 weeks (verified by a CO reading)
- The winner will be decided through a random draw; the decision is final.
- SmokeFree Liverpool will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner within 14 days from 31st October 2026.
- If the winner has not responded within 14 days of being notified, the prize will
be transferred. - One winner chosen at random will win a £60 digital voucher. The voucher prize is non
transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. - The voucher will be emailed to the winner at the address given at time of entry.
- SmokeFree Liverpool reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition under
certain circumstances. Our decision is final. - Winners will be asked to take part in optional social media promotion.
- The decision of SmokeFree Liverpool regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
