Hello, I’m the Deputy Manager for Smokefree Liverpool and have been with the service since 2021. Before joining the service, I studied health psychology at university, so my interests are in various areas of health behaviour change, including smoking cessation. My role involves supporting clients virtually with their quit attempts.

I really enjoy the work that our service is able to provide, it can be challenging yet is incredibly rewarding helping people make a change in their life that helps improve their health and wellbeing and achieve their ultimate goal of becoming smoke free.

Hello, I have been a Stop Smoking Advisor for Smokefree Liverpool for 15 years.  I have worked in a number of areas; community, workplace, young persons, LGBQT, housing associations and telephone support.

My passion is to help other people achieve their goal like I did to become smokefree. I want to help people become smokefree to help improve their health and also to save money.

I have worked in the Service for 18 years as a dedicated motivated Stop Smoking Advisor, supporting and encouraging people city wide to quit the cigarettes and vapes.

As I was a heavy smoker for over 30 years, I feel this has armed me to have a greater understanding and empathy for people wanting to quit.

We are here to support you!

Hiya, call me Nat. I’m proud to say I’ve worked in smoking cessation for over 22 years. I will be one of the first people you speak to if you phone our office to book an appointment.  I am passionate to help people start their stop smoking journey; I have been there myself so know what you’re going through.

Hi, I’ve been supporting people to quit smoking for over 20 years. I was a smoker myself for around 25 years so being an ex-smoker helps me to understand exactly what you are going through.

I will help to make your experience of quitting as smooth as possible for you by supporting you all the way, using nicotine replacement therapy and behavioural techniques.

The more effort you put into quitting, the more likely you are to succeed, so I always say, “I can’t do it for you, but I can certainly do it with you”.

As a Stop Smoking Advisor, I am committed to providing you with perosnalised support and encouragement every step of the way. Quitting smoking is a powerful step towards a healthier life and I’m here to help you overcome challenges and celebrate your progress. Remember, just take it a day at a time and it’s okay if you have setbacks, what’s important is that you just keep on trying and don’t give up

A Stop Smoking Advisor. I am a health psychology graduate, and I took on this role as I enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their goals. It's truly inspiring to see the change in people before and after quitting smoking. As one of my clients told me, "now that I have given up smoking, I feel like I can achieve anything".
