“I stopped smoking nearly 15 years ago using Smokefree Liverpool. I unfortunately relapsed 5 years ago but was welcomed back into the service this year and thankfully I am Smokefree again. The past 12 months I was also dependent on a vape, but with the help and support of Jane at Smokefree Liverpool, I no longer use it. I visit on a weekly basis at my local GP and use a patch. Seeing my Carbon Monoxide levels drop in the CO monitor weekly is a big boost and keeps me going. I have also been putting money away each week and will treat myself soon.
